By the tide 2

Take a piece of Not quite navy 5.5"x4.25" and cut a piece of whisper white card a bit smaller. Mask a strip  1.5" down the right of the white card, leaving about a quarter of an inch border down the side. Mask a piece for the sand dune. Sponge with Baked brown sugar, shading it darker at the top and lighter as you go down. Mask across the strip and sponge the sea in pool party. Sponge the sun in Summer sun, making the centre dark and lighter towards the edge. Sponge the sky in pool party. Stamp the shell on another piece of white card and then stamp it again on the card without re inking. Cut out and mount the shell on the card after tying a piece of string around the card. Stamp the sentiment and the scroll and your card is done. Enjoy.

I used ballet blue for the sky and Pool party for the sea, soft suede for the      sand dune with a smudging of early expresso over it.
I stamped the shell and best wishes with soft suede.

This card I saw on Michelle Zindorf's newsletter. I just love her website. She does beautiful work. I had to work out the colours and techniques by myself. It took me about 2 hours to make this card.

For this card I used Marina mist, Not quite navy, Summer sun and Stayzon Jet Black. Whisper white and Marina Mist cardstock. The embossing folder is Couture Creations Wild Holly.

Summer Silhouettes. Colours I used are Pool Party, Black and white . Mustard and Strawberry slush ink for the flowers, and crumb cake for the leaves and stems.

I am enjoying the Mosaic stamp set so much and have made a few cards with it. With this one I used
whisper white and crisp cantaloupe as well as the mosaic embossing folder. I also put rhinestones in the centre of the mosaics and a white ribbon down the left side. I cased this one from Pinterest but changed the colourscheme.

I saw a card on Michelle Zindorf's email and liked it so much but I do not have the same stamps, so I used what I have and this is the result.

Mixed Bunch

Mixed Bunch
I cased this card from somebody. Thank you.
I used the very lovely and versatile Mixed Bunch stamp set from Stampin Up.
Colours I used are Pistachio Pudding, Summer Sun and Whisper White. Sentiments are stamped with Sahara Sand. I also used the Honeycomb embossing folder.
